Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Van Emmerik Construction, Inc.

Making the decision which company is the right fit to build your custom home or renovate your existing home is not an easy one. At Van Emmerik Construction, we take pride in our craftsmanship and our open-door policy and communication with our clients. To help qualify our company, I'd like to tell you a little bit about our background.

Before founding Van Emmerik Construction, I started as a carpenter in the custom home industry in 1982. For ten years, I worked with some of the finest craftsmen in the construction field. In 1992 Van Emmerik Construction was formed. Over the years we have built our company on quality and fairness in everything we do. From our beginnings as a framing subcontractor to today as a complete custom home builder and Certified Building Contractor.

Our goal as a custom home builder is for every client to become a future referral. We want every client to be as happy and excited about the finished product as they were in the initial stages of building. I take great pride in my work and in my reputation as a respected builder in our community.

I know that communication between the contractor and the client is paramount, so I am always available to my clients. I have observed over the years that most clients walk the job sites after hours or on the weekends when they have time to really look things over. It is at this time that they have the most questions or concerns, for this reason each of my clients are given my personal cell phone number, so their questions can be answered on their time schedule and not around a 9 to 5 work day.
